As of June 22, 2020, we have opened our retail shop to the public but with social distancing guidelines in place.
Our current hours are M-F 10am-5pm. Please be patient with us as we navigate these new waters together!
Hi friends! We thought we'd make an all-in-one information space to answer a few questions we've been receiving.
Can I order online?
Yes, please! We are working hard to make sure every item in the store is available to purchase online.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We are offering curbside pick-up. Please select this FREE option at checkout when you get to the shipping page. If you select this option and check out using Apple Pay, sometimes your pick-up selection is overridden by the system. Please double-check your confirmation email to see if your order says "Shipping" or "Curbside Pick-Up". If you see an error, just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When can I pick up my order?
Our current shop hours are M-F 10am-5pm. Please come to the shop during that window and we'll give you your order!
When will my order be ready?
Most orders placed M-F are fulfilled the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will likely be ready the next business day. Check your email for a confirmation from us letting you know that your order is ready!
I'm calling the store and no one is picking up!
We have someone in the shop M-F ~10am-5pm. You are welcome to leave a message if no one answers, and we will do our best to return your call.
Can you wrap my order?
Of course! Just select gift wrap at checkout and don't forget to include a note that we can attach to the gift!
Why are some items store pick-up only?
Simply put, some items are too big and expensive for us to ship! If there's something you really want and you're not in San Francisco to pick it up, email us at email@example.com for a custom shipping quote.
