FREE AND FLAT RATE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping on domestic orders of $60 and over within the the contiguous 48 United States of America, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We also offer a flat rate shipping of $8.95 for standard shipments under $60. Hawaii and Alaska's rates are calculated at checkout.
We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. We guarantee that all orders will be shipped within two business days, pending credit card authorization.
All domestic orders are sent via trackable mail. Once the items in an order have been picked up by the carrier, Mapamundi Kids will cease to have any liability regarding the order delivery; all items at that point will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.
FREE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA PICK-UP
You can pick up your items at our San Francisco store. During step 2 of the checkout process, select STORE-PICKUP in the shipping field. This will omit any shipping costs and we'll have the order waiting for you at our 1306 Castro St, San Francisco, CA 94114 location. This option is only available for people ordering within California and able to pick up the order at our San Francisco store located in the Noe Valley. Bring a copy of your order and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.
SAME-DAY DELIVERY IN SAN FRANCISCO
Shop during business hours and select UberRUSH as a shipping method. Your order will be delivered within hours and it will be trackable via smart-phone. Valid for San Francisco zip codes. UberRUSH rates apply.

Please note that these shipments are not trackable. If you would like to get your items shipped with a trackable method please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.
We’re happy to offer a refund or an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory, excluding shipping costs.
For returns or exchanges, you MUST get a return authorization from us before sending back any goods. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the nature of the problem.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the date of receipt.
Return items without a prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns received more than 7 days after the original order receipt date will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.
Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags and in their original packaging.
No exchanges or refunds given on any sale items or during sale periods. All sale items are final sales.
Sorry, we don’t refund or accept returns on gift cards, hair accessories, original artwork, electronics, books, or magazines.
