FREE & STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We offer FREE standard shipping on domestic orders of $100 and over within the the contiguous 48 United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $9 for standard shipments under $100. Large or heavy items are subject to a $13 shipping fee to help us cover the shipping charge. Hawaii and Alaska incur a $15 shipping rate.
We offer standard shipping delivery to the following countries for a rate of $30-$45, depending:
Australia ($45), Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel ($45), Italy, Japan ($45), Korea, Mexico, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, UAE ($45) and United Kingdom.
If your country is not on the list above please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to give you a shipping estimate.
Any applicable duties or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
FREE SAN FRANCISCO/BAY AREA ORDER PICK-UP:
You can order online and pick up your items at our shops in San Francisco. During step 2 of the checkout process, select PICK-UP in the shipping field. This will omit any shipping costs and we'll have the order waiting for you at our 1306 Castro St, San Francisco, CA 94114 location.
NOTE! If you use Apple Pay to check out after selecting PICK-UP, the system will sometimes override your selection. Please check your confirmation email ASAP to confirm that PICK-UP is still selected as the "shipping method."
This option is only available for people ordering within California and able to pick up the order at our San Francisco store. Please know your order number and bring a photo ID to the store when picking up your items.
We work hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. We guarantee that all orders will be shipped within three business days, pending credit card authorization.
All domestic orders are sent via trackable mail. Once the items in an order have been picked up by the carrier, Mapamundi Kids will cease to have any liability regarding the order delivery; all items at that point will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. Any applicable duties or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer store credit or exchange for any items (excluding sale items, face masks, hair accessories, original artwork, books or magazines) that are not completely satisfactory, excluding shipping costs.
For exchanges, you MUST get a return authorization from us before sending back any goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the nature of the problem.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt.
Items shipped to Mapamundi Kids without a prior approval will not be accepted.
Items received more than 14 days after the original order receipt date will not be accepted and no exchange or store credit will be given.
Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags and in their original packaging. No exchanges or store credit can be given on any sale items or during sale periods. All sale items are final sale.
Sorry, we don’t accept exchanges or returns on gift cards, hair accessories, original artwork, electronics, books or magazines.
